1. Cut a rectangle out of the light blue fabric that measures 28 inches by 36 inches. This will be the shirt.

2. Cut a rectangle out of the dark blue fabric that measures 18 inches by 24 inches. This will be the vest.

3. Cut a rectangle out of the white fabric that measures 6 inches by 8 inches. This will be the patch.

4. Cut a rectangle out of the red fabric that measures 4 inches by 6 inches. This will be the tie.
