The How to Keep a Mummy anime is based on the manga series of the same name by Kakeru Utsugi. The anime follows the story of Sora Kashiwagi, a high school student who finds a mysterious black mummy in his school’s storage room. When Sora tries to take a closer look at the mummy, it comes to life and starts following him around.
The story of How To Keep A Mummy anime is about Sora Kashiwagi, who finds and adopts a small mummy. He names the mummy Mii-kun and attempts to take care of him the best he can, despite not really knowing how to do so. Throughout the course of the story, Sora and Mii-kun grow closer and closer, and Sora slowly learns more about taking care of a mummy.
