Little Witch Academia

The Little Witch Academia anime is a Japanese anime television series based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Yoshinari Nishiki. The anime series is produced by Trigger, and directed by Yoh Yoshinari. The series aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from January 8, 2017 to April 9, 2017. The anime is licensed in North America by Netflix.

The story follows Akko Kagari, a young girl who is inspired by a legendary witch named Shiny Chariot to become a witch herself. After enrolling at the prestigious Luna Nova Magical Academy, Akko and her new friends Lotte and Sucy discover that there is more to magic than just flashy spells. Together, they embark on exciting adventures and discover the true meaning of being a witch.

The story of Little Witch Academia follows Akko Kagari, a young girl who enrolls at the prestigious Luna Nova Magical Academy in order to become a witch like her idol, the late Shiny Chariot. However, Akko is a bit of a klutz and has trouble with the magical spells she is supposed to be learning. With the help of her friends, Sucy and Lotte, Akko sets out to prove that anyone can be a witch, even if they don’t have much natural talent.
