Macross Delta

Macross Delta is a Japanese mecha anime television series. The show is set in the year 2067, 8 years after the events of Macross Frontier. The story focuses on a squadron of fighter pilots known as Delta Flight, who are stationed on the Macross Frontier colony ship. They are tasked with defending the ship from alien attacks.

The Walküre are opposed by the Aerial Knights, a group of pilots who are infected with the Var Syndrome and believe that the only way to save the galaxy is to destroy the Walküre.
