Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a 2011 anime series produced by Studio Shaft and directed by Akiyuki Shinbo. The story follows Madoka Kaname, a young girl who is approached by a cat-like creature named Kyubey with a proposition to become a magical girl and have any one wish granted. After witnessing the suffering of a magical girl named Homura, Madoka begins to question the true nature of Kyubey’s offer. Along with her friend Sayaka, Madoka becomes a magical girl and discovers the dark secrets behind the magical girl system.
1. Find a white dress that reaches mid-thigh or below.
2. Cut a large oval out of white felt, and sew or glue it onto the center of the dress.
3. Make two small wings out of white felt or craft foam, and attach them to the back of the dress with wire or velcro.
4. Put on a blonde wig, and style it in Madoka’s signature twintails.
5. Finally, accessorize with a pink bow and magical girl wand!
