How to make Mami Tomoe Cosplay Costume – Premium Edition

1. Start with a base cosplay costume. This can be a simple leotard or bodysuit in the color of your choice.

2. Add a pleated skirt in a contrasting color. The skirt should be long enough to reach just below the knee.

3. Sew or glue on a white apron over the skirt.

4. Make a bow to wear in your hair using ribbon in the same color as the skirt.

5. Accessorize with a pair of white gloves, thigh-high socks, and Mary Jane shoes.
