The Prince Of Tennis

The Prince of Tennis anime originally aired in Japan from 1997 to 2006 and is licensed in North America by Toonami. The anime is based on the manga of the same name by Masashi Kishimoto.

In the anime “The Prince of Tennis”, the story follows the competitive and often humorous journey of a young man named Ryoma Echizen as he attempts to become a professional tennis player. Ryoma is often pushed to his limits by his intense and competitive father, who is also his coach, and the other players on his team. Despite the obstacles in his way, Ryoma always seems to find a way to persevere, and his hard work eventually pays off as he becomes a top player. Along the way, Ryoma meets a number of interesting characters, including a beautiful girl named Momo who becomes his best friend, and a rival named Fuji who is always looking to beat him. The anime also features a number of exciting matches, as Ryoma tries to achieve his goals and become the best tennis player in the world.
